bwin必贏唯一官網(wǎng)是我國最早的bwin必贏唯一官網(wǎng)之一，現(xiàn)有管理科學與工程、工商管理兩個國家一級重點學科。從2002年開始，在教育部的三次學科評估中“管理科學與工程”、“工商管理”學科始終名列前茅。2011年，學院正式獲得AACSB國際認證，2016年通過AACSB維持認證。2016年，學院正式獲得世界權(quán)威機構(gòu)QS Stars 世界一流五星級商學院認證。2017年，學院“管理科學與工程”、“工商管理”兩個一級學科雙雙進入國家“雙一流”建設學科名單。

具有博士學位，年齡一般不超過40周歲，取得突出學術(shù)業(yè)績，具備成為領軍人才的潛質(zhì)者均可申請。本計劃設置“教授”和“特聘研究員”兩個崗位，具體待遇為：

　　具有博士學位，品學兼優(yōu)，身體健康，年齡一般在35周歲以下。在相關學術(shù)領域已取得明顯業(yè)績。專職科研人員將以博士后方式招收和管理，進站后認定為助理研究員職務，實行合約管理，聘期為2-6年。

招收類別：

　　1. 特別資助人員：依托國家、省部重點研究基地或承擔國家重大需求任務的團隊，招收國外（境外）世界排名前100名高校的博士畢業(yè)生或其他特別優(yōu)秀的博士畢業(yè)生。

　　2. 外籍人員：依托我校發(fā)起的“絲綢之路大學聯(lián)盟”，招收優(yōu)秀外籍博士畢業(yè)生。

　　3. 專職科研人員：依托學校的科研平臺，招收在相關學術(shù)領域取得明顯業(yè)績的博士畢業(yè)生。

　　4. 企業(yè)資助人員：依托學校與政府、企業(yè)聯(lián)合建立的合作平臺，學校與企業(yè)聯(lián)合招收，開展企業(yè)項目研究。

Introduction

Xi'anJiaotong University (XJTU) is a key university under the direct administrationof the Ministry of Education of China and is one of the oldest universities inChina. The School of Management is one ofthe earliest and top ranked management schools in China with accreditation ofAACSB and QS.
