bwin必贏唯一官網(wǎng)是我國(guó)最早的bwin必贏唯一官網(wǎng)之一，現(xiàn)有管理科學(xué)與工程、工商管理兩個(gè)國(guó)家一級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。從2002年開始，在教育部的三次學(xué)科評(píng)估中“管理科學(xué)與工程”、“工商管理”學(xué)科始終名列前茅。2011年，學(xué)院正式獲得AACSB國(guó)際認(rèn)證，2016年通過AACSB維持認(rèn)證。2016年，學(xué)院正式獲得世界權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)QS Stars 世界一流五星級(jí)商學(xué)院認(rèn)證。2017年，學(xué)院“管理科學(xué)與工程”、“工商管理”兩個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科雙雙進(jìn)入國(guó)家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科名單。

三、應(yīng)聘條件及待遇
（一）青年拔尖人才
具有博士學(xué)位，年齡一般不超過40周歲，取得突出學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)，具備成為領(lǐng)軍人才的潛質(zhì)者均可申請(qǐng)。本計(jì)劃設(shè)置“教授”和“特聘研究員”兩個(gè)崗位，具體待遇為：
（二）專職科研人員
具有博士學(xué)位，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身體健康，年齡一般在35周歲以下。在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域已取得明顯業(yè)績(jī)。專職科研人員將以博士后方式招收和管理，進(jìn)站后認(rèn)定為助理研究員職務(wù)，實(shí)行合約管理，聘期為2-6年。
招收類別：
1. 特別資助人員：依托國(guó)家、省部重點(diǎn)研究基地或承擔(dān)國(guó)家重大需求任務(wù)的團(tuán)隊(duì)，招收國(guó)外（境外）世界排名前100名高校的博士畢業(yè)生或其他特別優(yōu)秀的博士畢業(yè)生。
2. 外籍人員：依托我校發(fā)起的“絲綢之路大學(xué)聯(lián)盟”，招收優(yōu)秀外籍博士畢業(yè)生。
3. 專職科研人員：依托學(xué)校的科研平臺(tái)，招收在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域取得明顯業(yè)績(jī)的博士畢業(yè)生。
4. 企業(yè)資助人員：依托學(xué)校與政府、企業(yè)聯(lián)合建立的合作平臺(tái)，學(xué)校與企業(yè)聯(lián)合招收，開展企業(yè)項(xiàng)目研究。

Introduction
Xi'anJiaotong University (XJTU) is a key university under the direct administrationof the Ministry of Education of China and is one of the oldest universities inChina. The School of Management is one ofthe earliest and top ranked management schools in China with accreditation ofAACSB and QS.
