主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Dr. Han Jiang is an Assistant Professor in Eller College of Management, The University of Arizona. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration (2014) from the W.P.Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. His research interests include social network and social capital, Strategic leadership and corporate governance, interorganizational networks and alliances, and international joint ventures (IJVs). Dr. Jiang has published his research in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of Management and Journal of Management and Organizations. His research has been funded by the Chinese National Foundation of Natural Science Research and Chinese National Social Science Foundation. Dr. Jiang teaches courses in strategy and organization theory. Before joining academia, he worked for Roland Berger and Bexcel Consulting Group (China) as a senior consultant.
