Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to be one of the first 24 universities to launch Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) program. This program is set up to cultivate high-level professional talents in the accounting field and enhance the quality of education system in China.

XJTU MPAcc program utilizes the resource advantages of Business Administration Subject of the School of Management over the development of an education base that contributes to China’s economic construction. Building upon the latest trends in education and the guidance of China National MPAcc Education Steering Committee, XJTU MPAcc program is featured as professional, international, and socially adaptable. It is committed to cultivating exceptional accounting talents with comprehensive and applied accounting knowledge, strategic and international vision, excellent leadership abilities, and strong sense of social responsibility and professional ethics.

Since 2004, our university has constantly improved the MPAcc program by training the faculty team, constructing the innovative curriculum structure, building the integrated practicum project, and setting up international student exchange platform, etc. Now XJTU has established a high-quality accounting talent cultivation mode to cultivate comprehensive and competitive accounting talents with global vision and integrated management capabilities, which satisfies the urgent needs of high qualified accounting talents in the regional and national economic development.
